Green Tomatoes: Not ripe, so close but we couldn’t help it. Make fried green tomatoes, or try out a recipe from this list!

Carrots

New Potatoes (Red&White): They are called “new” because they are harvested before the plant has fully matured/died. They have a thinner skin and a shorter shelf life but just as tasty! We left them unwashed to not disturb the skin, so just give them a rinse before preparing.

Herb & Edible flower mix: Basil, Parsley, Chives, Calendula, Nasturtium, Dianthus

Swiss Chard

Fennel (w/the fronds): You can use the fronds like you would an herb. Garnish salads, add to pestos and vinaigrettes, pickle with the stalks! There are endless ways to use up this flavorful veg! Here's a link to some recipes!

Lettuce: Green Bibb, Pirat, & Truchas. They are much smaller since they are the ‘Little Gem’ variety, but this is the last of the lettuce!

Kale: Lacinato & Green Curly

Uncured fresh Garlic: This garlic should be used quickly as it has not been cured like garlic you find in the store. Keep it in the fridge!

Herb Bundle: Dill, Parsley, Basil, & Bachelor Buttons (<—edible!)
