• Swiss Chard

• Eggplant

• Zucchini: Pantheon, Dunja, Goldmine

• Cucumber: Chicago Pickling & Marketmore

• Sweet Bell Peppers from Gary! Crispy and so damn delicious

• Red River (lil spice) and Candy (sweet) onions

• Cherry Tomatoes! They’re hereeeeee!

• Celery: This ain’t no store celery. This is fragrant and crunchy and so very delicious!

• Apples: The trees were planted on this land around the 1890’s. We aren’t sure the exact variety but they were probably intended for cider or pie making. We eat them just as is and they are so crisp, sweet, and a little tart!

• Herb Bouquets: Basil (Purple & Thai), Parsley, Dill, & Calendula

• Sunflowers

• Gladiolus

• Amaranthus

• Snapdragons

• Solidago aka Goldenrod

• Gomphrena

• Cosmos

• Zinnias

• Verbena

• Crested Celosia ( BRAINS!)
